We have a very wet lot and after a year, we are not seeing the same issues as before thanks to Chad's recommendations and work. He got us scheduled quickly, and him and another person came out to fix the crack. Initially, the product he was using wasn't sticking since it had just rained. He did not take our money, but insisted that I waited until after the next rain to make sure that there were no issues. He was correct, and rain was able to get through the crack, so he came out again when it was dry and re-did the work at the same original cost he quoted me. I also should mention that he was able to fix this crack without excavating, which the other companies that quoted us all wanted to excavate. Chad (and the person that came with him the first time) was polite, professional, affordable and consistent! He explained in detail what was needed, and what the process was going to look like as well. 10/10 recommend.
